We offer free, professional counseling on
pregnancy-related issues, parenting information and
referrals to other agencies or resources, and access
to adoption services.
Adoption Services: Caring and experienced adoption staff are available to guide and support both birth parents and adoptive families throughout the adoption process. We promote an open adoption process that encourages communication and relationship building between birth parents and adoptive parents.
Free Pregnancy Counseling: Licensed, masters level therapists are available to provide women and those who care about them with emotional and social support. We assist with planning and decision-making while women contemplate their options and strive to discern what is best for them and their child. We provide information and support to those considering parenting and adoption and assist in finding resources when necessary. Pregnancy Counseling services are free to pregnant women, birth fathers and their families.
Search Services: Our staff also completes adoption searches for individuals adopted through the Christ Child Home or Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Des Moines.
