The Diocese of Des Moines Finance Department oversees the financial and physical resources of the Diocese.  We strive to provide the Bishop and Diocesan leadership accurate and reliable financial information necessary to support their sound management decisions to fulfill Church ministries. The Diocese Finance Department staff is called to serve as good stewards over the gifts our members entrust to the Diocese, as directed by Canon Law. In carrying out our stewardship role to the Diocese and to our parishes, schools and other Church organizations, we focus on accountability, transparency, and internal controls.
