The counseling program in Council Bluffs provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on trauma, abuse, and family violence. The staff also facilitates a sexual offender treatment program. 

The Council Bluff's office also offers financial assistance through Interfaith Responce. Staff interview clients and submit requests to the Council Bluffs Administrative office for reimbursement.
