The Phoenix House Domestic Violence Shelter and Sexual Abuse Program in Council Bluffs offers public education presentations to parishes, schools, businesses and other groups with the goal to prevent violence before it ever occurs by educating about the tools needed to create violence free playgrounds, schools, workplaces and homes.
