The purpose on NCCL’s existence is YOU! NCCL’s sole purpose is to help you achieve competence as leaders in the ministries of evangelization and catechesis within the teaching mission of our multi-cultural Catholic Church in the United States. NCCL does this by:

·        Promoting the wisdom of the Church, the expertise of our members, and the needs of the people we serve in parish communities across the country.

·        Collaborating with the U.S. bishops, national and local leaders both in dioceses and parishes in the development of all the specific ministries touching lifelong formation in faith.

·        Nurturing the continual, spiritual, professional, and personal development of our members.

·        Gathering at the national conference but also regionally and in dioceses to foster unity, strengthen our ministry, grow in faith, deepen our spiritual life, and increase our understanding of this ministry we share.
