ICSC International Conference
Registration is now available for the International Catholic Stewardship Council’s Annual Conference which is scheduled to be held in Chicago, Illinois, September 16-19, 2012. Priests, business managers, and stewardship committees are encouraged to attend. Registration is $549 for registrations received before July 15, 2012. The hotel room expenses this year are reasonably priced at $229/night. View the official conference materials here. Any members of the Diocese of Des Moines who are planning to attend are encouraged to contact the Development Office at 515-237-5079. The office will coordinate a list of members attending to be shared with all those who express interest in going to the conference.
Region IX ICSC Stewardship Conference Materials

Stewardship Institute
Stewardship Institute, a partnership of St. Ambrose University; Diocese of Davenport; Diocese of Des Moines; and the Archdiocese of Dubuque; consists of two, eight-week sessions each year. Individuals and parish groups attend a day-long kick-off and then continue participating in discussion online or in small-group sessions. Participants study the U.S. Bishops' 1992 Pastoral Letter on Stewardship during the first half of the Institute and work on implementation of stewardship in their parishes during the Institute's second half. Parishes or individual parishioners who are interested in participating in Stewardship Institute should contact the Development Office at (515) 237-5079 for more information.
