Our Office of Vocations has a team approach. Led by Bishop Richard Pates, there are four other members of this team:
Fr. Joseph Pins, as Director of Vocations, is the primary contact if you are a man interested in learning more about the process of becoming a Catholic priest. If you are woman or a man interested in learning about consecrated religious life Fr. Pins will help you discover the resources to discern that vocation. He can be reached at (515) 237-5050.
Fr. Dan Kirby, as Director of Seminarians, will become your main diocesan contact while you study for priesthood.
Jason Kurth and Stephanie Pawletzki share administrative responsibilities and should be contacted with other general questions regarding the Office of Vocations and other general questions about discernment and consecrated life.
