Director, Catholic Tuition Organization

Catholic Tuition Organization, Des Moines, IA

Catholic Tuition Organization (CTO) provides tuition assistance to over 2,300 students in 16 Catholic schools, fostering a faith-based learning environment. This critical role involves securing donations to provide tuition assistance to these students, with a 75% Iowa tax credit for donors who pay taxes in Iowa.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Catholic education and driven to advance our mission. A bachelor’s degree in finance, education, or a related field is required, along with knowledge of Catholic schools and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will have strong public speaking skills, computer proficiency, excellent data management capabilities, and be an organized, results-oriented self-starter.
