Nourish for Caregivers Parents Group

Nourish for Parents is a Christ-centered support group to encourage and empower parents of children with disabilities or mental health challenges, offering practical, emotional, and spiritual support through faith. Using the Nourish for Caregivers model, this support group seeks to support the specific needs of parents.

This group will meet monthly, rotating between Holy Trinity in Des Moines and Sacred Heart in West Des Moines.

Childcare is provided.  If you will be bringing your child(ren), please submit the childcare registration form.
