Nourish for Parents is a Christ-centered support group to encourage and empower parents of children with disabilities or mental health challenges, offering practical, emotional, and spiritual support through faith. Using the Nourish for Caregivers model, this support group seeks to support the specific needs of parents.

This group will meet monthly at Holy Trinity in Des Moines on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
