During this free online event, attendees will learn how to:

• Set loving, faith-filled boundaries without fear or guilt,
• Begin saying no to what drains you so you can say yes to God, peace, and your own needs.

You’ll hear about everything from how people-pleasing actually shows up in our lives to why we succumb to people-pleasing even when we don’t want to, and more. 

For example, I’m going to be talking all about redefining boundaries within family and romantic relationships! My goal in this talk is to give you a few practical tips to start redefining relationships with boundaries that work for you!
