Appeals of Our Lady exhibit

Come to St. John Parish hall in Adel see a display of 20 beautiful panels highlighting Marian apparitions that have taken place around the world. Encounter the Blessed Mother in this unique and powerful exhibit, on loan from Spirit Catholic Radio Network. The exhibit opens April 28 and ends May 13. Visitors are welcome to see it any time in the parish hall during office hours or at Mass time. 

On May 2, join the parish for 9 a.m. Mass, 9:30 a.m. breakfast, and a presentation on the exhibit at 10 a.m. featuring Joshua Burks, of Lincoln, Nebraska. He will talk about the appeals of Mary in the apparitions. Compiling a complete list of apparitions and miracles attributed to those apparitions was a goal St. Carlo Acutis undertook before his death. His desire was to foster deeper love for Jesus and Mary. The presentation by Burks will elaborate on select miracles shown in the exhibit and invite listeners into a deeper relationship with Mary as our Mother.
