Biking for Babies Support Life Mass & Dinner

Biking for Babies is renewing the culture of life one pedal stroke at a time! Young adults cycle 600 miles in 6 days across the nation, giving it all to renew the culture of life and support pregnant women through pregnancy centers and maternity homes. They will be stopping in West Des Moines along their bike ride from the Twin Cities to St. Louis.

A 5:00 pm Mass will be conducted by Bishop Joensen, followed by dinner and talks from the missionaries about their experiences and more information on Biking for Babies.

On Wednesday, July 16, 2025 come learn more about Biking for Babies!

• 5 PM Mass with Bishop Joensen
• Grilled burgers, brats, and chicken will be available with hot dogs for the kids. Salads, chips, desert, and drinks will also be provided by the St. Francis of Assisi Knights of Columbus.
• A free will offering will be collected to cover dinner costs with all proceeds going to Biking for Babies as they support pregnancy resource centers and the formation of young adults in central Iowa and throughout the country.
• Meet-and-greet with Biking for Babies missionaries
• Program to include opening remarks from Bishop Joensen and missionary testimonies
