Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Catechist Formation

Level I Catechist Formation is the foundational training for adults who will work with children ages 3–6 in the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd method. It is 90 hours of instruction over the span of 7 months. Classes will meet once a month on Fridays 5-8 p.m. and Saturdays 9-4:30 p.m. from October 2026-May 2027. Courses will be taught by Mary Heinrich, a recognized formation leader trained in all three levels of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and a membership coordinator for CGAUSA.
