Igniting Your Parish Confirmation Plan: From Standards

Join us for a practical, hands‑on opportunity to turn the diocesan Confirmation standards into a clear, customized parish plan.  Using the diocesan planning framework we will examine the components needed for a new Confirmation formation process including: leadership structure, delivery models, approved resources, catechist roles, scheduling, retreats, sponsor engagement, and tracking expectations, participants will walk away with a draft Confirmation process tailored to their community.   It’s a chance to “kick the tires,” ask questions, compare approaches, and offer insights that will help strengthen diocesan tools before final rollout.  By the end of the session, every formation will leave with a workable roadmap for their parish’s new Confirmation journey. 

Your facilitators for the session will include Paulette Chapman (east) and John Gaffney (west) along with some of the confirmation resources team.

  • 11:00 am - Session Two with Paulette and John - Working Session on creating your own blueprint
