"Journey Through Grief" Support Group

Journey Through Grief is a 6-session support group offered through UnityPoint hospice that explores the nature of grief and the multifaceted ways it impacts individuals. Participants will learn why grief is so difficult, identify their coping style, connect/engage with others, and discover new sources of hope. This group is open to any community members grieving the loss of a loved one.

All sessions start at 6 PM at St. John's in Adel. You don't have to attend all sessions to be part of the group. Come when you are able!
