Surviving the Holidays is a helpful, encouraging seminar about facing the holidays after the death of a loved one. Participants will receive a Survival Guide filled with practical tips, encouraging words, journaling ideas, and daily exercises, as well as a light lunch. There is no cost for the event, but donations are appreciated. Childcare is not available.

What to do about traditions and other potential changes
How to handle holiday parties and invitations
How to survive awkward moments
Where to find comfort, strength, and hope
