What is Alpha?

Simply put, guests in an Alpha Course meet weekly for dinner, a video, and open discussion! Alpha helps create a safe space for honest conversation around some of life’s biggest questions. It's designed to provide guests an opportunity to connect with one another and share thoughts, ideas, and opinions about faith in an open, non-judgmental environment. The Alpha Course at St. Boniface will meet Thursday evenings September 10 - November 12 from 6:30-8:15pm. The course also includes a "Day Away" on Sat, October 24 from 9am-4:30pm.

Please note that Alpha at St. Boniface is for adults 21 years and older. Childcare available with advance registration.

  • What if I'm unsure? If you're not sure about attending, we invite you to register and come for the first few weeks just to see what it's all about!
  • What if I know I'll miss some sessions? The more sessions you attend, the more you'll get out of Alpha, but it's ok if you have to miss!
