We need all the help we can get to stay grounded while dealing with the poly-crises of our contemporary lives. A variety of specific spiritual practices can help sustain us in hard times without sinking into despair or mirroring the very injustices we oppose. Drawing from the well of ancient wisdom, several ecumenical representatives will share information about meaningful ways to develop a strong inner life.
