Staying grounded while dealing with the poly-crises of our contemporary lives is a daunting task but a variety of spiritual practices can help us face hard times with strength and resilience without sinking into despair or mirroring the very injustices we oppose. Drawing from the well of ancient wisdom, several interfaith representatives will share information about meaningful ways to develop a strong inner life.
