Eucharistic Procession: A Diocesan Moment in the Year of Eucharistic Revival

July 29, 2022

A day of faith, fun and fellowship
All are welcome to join Bishop William Joensen in a Eucharistic Procession on Sunday, August 28. Bishop Joensen will celebrate the 10:30am Mass at the Basilica of St. John in Des Moines, followed by a Eucharistic Procession to St. Ambrose Cathedral. After the procession, all are welcome to join us at the Catholic Pastoral Center across the street for light refreshments, fun, fellowship and games in the outdoor plaza. Shuttles will provide rides back to the Basilica. Learn more about Eucharistic Renewal in the Diocese of Des Moines. And join us for a weekly Holy Hour with Jesus in the Eucharist. These are held every Monday evening at 5pm at St. Ambrose Cathedral. The prayers are often sung and celebrated by Bishop Joensen or St. Ambrose rector, Father Nipin Scaria.  Learn more about the National Eucharistic Revival at https://www.eucharisticrevival.org/
