Ukrainian Photo Exhibit Open to the Public at Catholic Pastoral Center

The Diocese of Des Moines is extending an invitation for public viewing of the photo exhibition, "If I Should Die Before I Wake," taken by Father Jim Kirby. This exhibit will be made available to the public on the first floor Krause Hall of the Catholic Pastoral Center, located at 601 Grand Avenue in Des Moines for viewing Monday-Friday 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. August 18-September 2. It will also be made available Sunday, August 21 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. Group viewings by appointment, call 515-237-5048. Open to all visitors. 

As you walk through the exhibit you'll experience the evils of the Russian war on Ukraine through the lens of Father John's camera. The photos capture the heartbreaking suffering and heartwarming resilience of the Ukrainian people.
