Conflicts of Interest

The Conflict of Interest policy and form are to be used by all of the consultative bodies at your organization.  This includes, but is not limited to: parish trustees, pastoral and finance council members, and school boards of education. The purpose of this policy is to assist you in requiring appropriate disclosure and safeguards so as to avoid real or perceived conflicts between a members’ service to the church and personal financial interests.
